In this 25 minute class we start by warming up the skin on the face and neck, then starting at the forehead we do muscle strengthening techniques moving down the face and neck, then massage techniques working our way back up.
Join me for this near-on 30 minute class where we start from the neck and work our way up with two massage then two strengthening techniques on each area of the face. The class finishes with some acupressure tapping and a scalp massage. Enjoy!
