Face Yoga Live Classes
Join us Monday mornings for a 30 minute class from the comfort of your home; you’ll be sent the link to join live and access the recording afterwards. The class will include warm up, tension-relieving and strength-building face yoga techniques, acupressure, massage and relaxation.
Access to the Face Yoga Video Vault
Choose from either 7 days access for £10, or continued access for £15/month. The Live classes will be uploaded here, plus routine videos created around parts of the face or desired outcomes.

 A monthly face yoga membership where you’ll have access to the live classes & their recordings, the video vault of routines, plus all of our face yoga courses.

One to One Sessions with Pascale -
Tailored face yoga routines for your skin & desired results
For the ultimate personalised face yoga programme go for our One to One sessions. In the first session we’ll have a thorough 90 minute consultation and discuss what results you’re looking for with your face yoga. We’ll go through a full personalised routine including exercises, massage, acupressure, relaxation and wellbeing tips, plus a routine for you to follow afterwards. You will then have the option to have three further 60 minute sessions once a week, we’ll go through the routine and any further requirements you need. The cost is £60 per session, or book all 4 for £195.
Hi, I’m Pascale – Meet your Face Yoga Teacher
When I hit my 40s I noticed the changes these years bring and started looking for a way to keep my skin in its best shape, that complemented my natural skincare, and that wasn’t the route of expensive botox and fillers. What I found was Face Yoga.
Face Yoga is briliant because you can do it yourself, any time, without need of any props apart from a facial oil or serum. Two of the best things about it are 1) you’re improving the health of your face by strengthening the muscles and encouraging better blood & lymphatic system flow and 2) it teaches us how to relax the muscles in the face which leads to overall relaxation; this is both critical to keeping ageing skin at its best, and also for improving our wellbeing, calming our nervous system, reducing tension through the whole body.
After doing face yoga in my spare time, I knew I had to share this amazing practice with others.
I’ve completed a number of courses in Face Yoga including qualifying as a Danielle Collins Face Yoga teacher in 2024; I learned so much on that course and it really broadened my knowledge. Now there’s nothing I love more than doing my face yoga practice, and sharing it with my clients! No special tools are required to practise face yoga. However, it’s a good idea to have clean hands and a moisturised face before starting, so you can comfortably glide your hands across your skin. I recommend using a light face oil or serum from my Blue Labelle range during your practice to aid in the movements and nourish your skin.

A: Yes, face yoga can be safe for sensitive skin and conditions like rosacea when done gently and mindfully. I always recommend starting slowly and avoiding any movements that cause discomfort. Q: How often should I practise face yoga to see results?
A: For best results, I recommend practising face yoga 3-5 times a week. Some people start seeing improvements within just a few weeks, while deeper changes like improved muscle tone and smoother skin may take a couple of months of regular practice. Consistency is key, just like with any other fitness routine.
Q: Can I combine face yoga with my skincare routine?
A: Absolutely! In fact, combining face yoga with skincare products is an excellent way to enhance both. By incorporating facial exercises with steps like cleansing, toning, and moisturising, you allow the products to absorb more deeply, while also stimulating the skin and muscles for an added glow.
