Hallo to you all, starting from Wednesday July 9th i’m going to try going Live with our weekly face yoga class at 5.15pm (instead of the earlier 12pm we’ve been doing so far). This is mostly because doing it during shop hours isn’t really conducive during these busy summer months! If you’d like to join me live, classes are free for Blissful Lift members or £8 otherwise.
