Just a quick note to share the link to book on today's live face yoga class which will be at 5.15pm UK time on Zoom. No need to share a camera or mic you can just follow along with me. Classes are free for Blissful Lift members or just £6 otherwise. Today's class will be an approximate 20 minute strengthening & toning class, perfect to get our faces moving and sculpted for the new year.

Hi all, just a quick update that i'll be going live on Zoom in just under 3 hours! Today's face yoga class will be all about strengthening and uplfting the face and neck. £8 for the class with replays sent out after with lifetime access, or classes are free for Blissful Lift members and uploaded into the portal shortly afterwards.

Come and join me for a 30minute restorative face yoga class from the comfort of your own home online via Zoom, Wednesday 8th at 5.15pm. This week's class is the themed class for our Blissful Lift Collective new month of content for October - Autumn Reset. We'll be starting with a little breathwork, moving onto our face yoga techniques to reset & rejuvenate face and neck, and finishing with a short guided meditation.

Wednesday at 5.15pm sees my next face yoga class live on zoom, throughout September the classes are just 15 minutes, to go along with the Consistency & Habit Stacking month in the Blissful Lift Collective. This week the focus is on cheeks and mouth, massage and strengthening techniques, finishing with a little acupressure. This class is just £4 to non-members and free for Blissful Lift members. Hallo to you all, starting from Wednesday July 9th i'm going to try going Live with our weekly face yoga class at 5.15pm (instead of the earlier 12pm we've been doing so far).
