- Is it a live course? No, all lessons are pre-recorded so you can go at your own pace. The first lesson drops Thursday April 2nd then every Thursday for 3 more weeks.
- How long are the lessons? Each week is short and easy to digest, no more than 15–20 minutes total.
- Do I need special skincare products? No, you can absolutely start with what you already have. In Week 1, you’ll assess your skin and make simple adjustments to your routine. For some people, that might mean adding in something like extra hydration or gentle exfoliation, but this is always kept simple and manageable, never overwhelming.
